How much we got to spend next year?


The issue we have is that, if we get a very good offer we wont turn it down imho. It's the way we work and the reason we get good young players, as it's a step (whether we like it or not) to bigger things. I think we all sometimes forget we have a generally very young team/squad, next season we'll be better imho.
 
Article I saw recently said another big budget in the summer.

It’ll probably be similar figures but not as many as 10+ players.

Yes there'll be a turnover.

Get rid of some more deadwood. Id full expect that.
However. Who's to say our better players might just want to stay for another season??
 
3/4 players in for the first team squad, along with a few younger lads with potential. I'm guessing between 80-100m

Sales on Wilson, Adingra, Seelt, and a few others out on loan, should bring in around 30 odd million with a possible big sale of one of the first team, so let's say it's Roefs at 50/60m as he's the one that's been the most talked about.
Theres around 90m back in the bank just of player sales.

I think we will make 2 major signings to go straight into the team. They will replace 2 first team regulars who we will sell for a decent profit. I dont know who they might be though.
Remember that we have recently bought two young wingers so possibly Traore, Mundle and or Talbi may go

First two of those wingers I can see leaving. Talbi is one of those young wingers one year into a five year deal and shown good promise. He’ll stick around and compete with Angulo I think.
 
I can definitely see one or two of our better players go.

I actually have a bad feeling that one of them will be Le Fee. I think hed be great at a top club that doesnt rely on being solid and can be more open.

I think the next few seasons we will spend what we bring in, maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less. But we wont have a big net spend for a long time.

So, Roefs and Le Fee out for 70-90 million and i thin we reinvest most of that.

Enzo already had a big move to Roma not work and was willing to drop down to the championship for game time with Regis.

Can't see him being a regular starter at a top 4-6 club so honestly feel like he is here for as long as Regis is.
 
Let’s hope we invest further in the coaching set up in order to tighten up defensively and also to be less dependent on Xhaka, because when he isnt available we look a shambles

Le fee left L’orient when RLB was in charge and went to Roma and it didn’t work albeit he greatly inflated his bank account. Everyone has a price but I reckon Le Fee and RLB ‘ get each other’ football wise. I reckon Le Fee would be reluctant to move tbh

Out of Intrest , these figures people are banding about include Wilson.

What do people feel we will actually get for Wilson?

FWIW I’m convinced he will be sold.
 
I think Brobbey and one of Sadiki and Roefs will leave for definite.

We won’t get anywhere near the amount some on here seem to think though

Adingra will leave and we hopefully get our money back.

I can see us having about 50 million plus whatever we sell

I’d expect us to spend about 60-80m without sales, just a guess. Bit more if we have to replace someone who leaves for decent money.
