How do you like your Tea?

I saw a programme with Cherry Healey and they say you should brew tea for 4 minutes.

1. This lets the full flavour develop

2. The tea is at the right temperature to drink.

I like my tea hotter than the sun.

Black.
No sugar.
Lapsang Souchong.
Earl Grey.
Lady Grey.
Green.
Or Breakfast Tea.
Depends on time of day.
( in china or glass too)

Try the no milk scenario, you'll thank me, and never go back.

I only drink nescafe instant coffee though.

In a large mug, with a plateful of Jaffa cakes, served by any combination of a naked Helen Skelton, Abbie Dewhurst, Maggie Gyllenhaal, or Martine McCutcheon. 😍

Assam. Hot, dash of semi skinned milk, no sugar. Can't stand cold milky tea. Coffee on the other hand needs to be black and I don't mind it cold.

Pinky raised in the air whilst drinking and an antique teapot?

Milk. Tea bag. And then let it ferment for minute in hot water before quick stir of spoon and Chuck tea bag.
Brew.
Not ferment.

Fermentation is what they do to the leaves - that's what differentiates between white, green and black tea. "normal" tea is black tea.

Entirely depends on the size of the leaves you're brewing with really.
The dust they put in PG tips brews out almost instantly.
Decent leaves take a while as only a small amount is in contact with the water.

Stopped using Yorkshire when I found out you couldn't put the used bags in the compost heap as they contained plastic.
Use PG tips now and can't tell the difference.
Have it with a touch of milk and no sugar and sometimes have Camomile, bit of an acquired taste though.
