Brew.Milk. Tea bag. And then let it ferment for minute in hot water before quick stir of spoon and Chuck tea bag.
Entirely depends on the size of the leaves you're brewing with really.I saw a programme with Cherry Healey and they say you should brew tea for 4 minutes.
1. This lets the full flavour develop
2. The tea is at the right temperature to drink.
