Somebody followed me this week, maybe they like aimless rambling, I didn't recognise their forum name and when I looked they have posted twice in 2022. I suspect it's an accidental follow

Just turn Alert and Push off in the Starts following you option in the preferences link below.

You'd never know anyone even followed you. You could once in a while check your followers and follow back if you're happy to share what you post and the posts you like on here with that single poster.

That above setting along with disabling the newsfeed for everyone renders it completely pointless for a sad sack poster to follow someone for other purposes than genuinely following them. This is what they'd see in their newsfeed even if they follow you, absolutely nowt!

Fundamentaly. This site doesn't reveal who is following you and it doesn't allow you to delete those people.

So for example, why is "chrisx"£$%" who has posted two messgaes following me?

Where is the list of people following me on my user account, admins?

I was convinced it was her like but couldn’t work out how to stop it
