The thing is, with unknown lads however 'successful' e.g. Lincoln fella, will they get immediate respect from players who have 'done it'/played at a higher level ?
Having a good career doesn t guarantee success of course but if an unknown doesn t make an immediate impression with training methods, results etc then he is immediately under pressure with players backbiting with the " how can he tell us what to do when he's never played at our level" bollocks ?

Thats the problem with the players, they think they know it all, when in reality, the majority of them are just spoiled fuckers who know nothing

Isn't this our problem in general?
Our players are either unwilling or incapable of doing what a manager asks of them.
 
Candidates from Aberdeen and Plymouth? FFS I hope they're paying their own petrol money to the interview cos there'll be no money left for transfers if they don't!
