Hong kong

Just left after 21 years. Shadow of its former self. Don’t bother.

Was in Devils yesterday afternoon I’m absolutely sure you miss this place ;)

It’s changed yes, but still not many better places imo. Absolutely glorious weather out there today.

hope you are all settled back in
worth a look?

Happy to help if you want any specific info

I’ll be there in about a month when we’re playing Norwich if there’s a supporters branch to watch the match with. Staying in the grand Hyatt

Few years since I've been but I enjoyed it apart from constantly being hassled on the street by people selling stuff. (Par for the course in loads of tourist destinations).
Star Ferry is great, could ride backwards and forwards on that all day. Seem to remember there was some sort of funicular railway to a decent vantage point

Plenty of ferries to various islands and beaches, day trip to Macau was good, Kowloon is the best place for grub and drinks, lot cheaper than Hong Kong island.

I've never been but worked in a casino near China town and made a load of great friends in the Hong Kong community. They have a wicked sense of humour and are great fun. I'd love to visit and see how it is getting on after the hand back. HK sounds like an incredible place, enjoy!
