I don’t think Leadbitter will be a regular starter.

Jon Mc is not a bad shout but if pushed I’d go for Willis at this point as it would be asking a lot of Dobson.

I was confused about the Dobson signing, particularly with McGeoch opting to stay, but this makes sense.

Leadbitter, Power, McGeoch, Dobson and Robson competing for two spots is probably still too many.

I like Honeyman, but are you seriously suggesting we might not get promoted if he goes? :) and you have already stated, in a round about way, that you will use him going as an excuse if we aren't in the mix. Come off it man, he's decent but he's hardly irreplaceable. We already have a boat load of similar or better midfielders.

They've been trying that tactic to tout him around for months, but nobody has bit.

Definitely lacks quality and we need far better when it comes to the final third. Hopefully his fee can go towards someone better like Maddison. We massively lack creativity! A number 10 and a right sided winger are a must IMO

I’m a pretty consistent moaner. And regardless of what happens this season I think we have had a pretty good window, and the end not things I would have done differently would have signed from a deep scouting network abroad instead of domestically and kept Oviedo. I’m happy with the signings though and absolutely ecstatic with the departures, getting shot of Cattermole and Honeyman in one window! That’s on par with signing Messi for my enjoyment. Bring on the season!!!
