Not too surprised, seemed odd that the team captain didn't go on the pre-season tour of Portugal. Even if he was 'injured'.. would have expected him to be there for team building reasons.

Well I for one think this is a terrible deal for us. Losing our captain, our leader, our prolific goal scorer and assist maker in midfield. It’ll be the equivalent of Xavi and Iniesta leaving Barcelona.

I agree. Not sure what it is about them but they do seem more suited to a "better" division.
I think Honeyman will do alright. If we go up Gooch may kick on too, I always forget how young he is.
