Porridge oates
2x scoops of protein powder
Bar of milk chocolate
Plenty Butter

Heat butter until boiling then mix all the ingredients together. Flatten onto a baking tray. Use baking paper. About 5-10 mins in the oven then let cool down and chop up

The sheer weight of the stuff I’ve chucked in the bin. What a waste of perfectly good ingredients.
