Go for hikvision POE cameras and a decent NVR. Not the cheapest, but a really good kit which will last.

Second this, I’ve had them three years on my uk property, look in regularly from overseas. The app is easy once set up, even after power cut and wireless issues it syncs right back in.

Yeah they’re spot on, the professionals fit them for a reason. And the app is flawless, a great bit of kit all told.

I got Arla out to give me a quote but they were milking it with the price.

Can change the angle In the settings on the pro 3 cameras - device settings > video settings > video mode

I’ve got Hikvision with colour vu POE camera, they are spot on.
Must admit to set up was a pain and done it wrong at first.
Bought everything separate including hard drive, and did it all myself, looks very neat under the soffit.

I am considering asking for a quote for 2 cameras from a local company. £400 I think that they are Hikvision, it includes a recording box that you’d install in the loft?
