Henderson (prediction)

Absolutely, everyone would've done the same in his position in my opinion.

Been told he's not good enough for years and years, finally got a contract that will set him and his family up for generations.
His 'position' being a multi-millionaire advocating for gay rights ............. er no, i don't think anyone in that position would.

His family are already 'set up for generations' so i don't buy that either.

A lot of people sadly think greed/money = a better life? I'm glad I'm not one of those.

Anybody thought he might realise he made a mistake and might potentially regret his decision?

No, RTG have decided (cotton wool in ears) he's not welcome back... judge and jury.

Nope, he hasn't said anything of the sort or even hinted at.
If he did ever come back (which I would be more than happy with) he'll get asked this very question, without a shadow of a doubt, therefore everyone should hear what he has to say before judging.
He’s doubled down
Wouldn't you double down. All he's done is go to a backwards country to still ply his trade and get paid handsomely for it.

I wouldn’t do it in the first place

Poor fucka was on minimum wage at Liverpool for twelve years.

His family were already setup for generations :lol:

Would have loved to see him back after a great Liverpool career but not anymore.

He can't act as a champion for LGBT people in the game and then just decide to take a job in a country that punishes those people for who they are.

Yes I'm sure he was offered plenty of money but he's not been honest about that in interviews when asked why he moved. I doubt all 600 fans that watch his side would care why he was there.

Unless he made a public statement admitting he was wrong to make his move and apologising then in my mind he's just another spineless player and nothing we should be proud of.

Would be amazing if he did come back...clearly peoples bizarre opinions on him might be a block in the road to that now.
