The premier league is just a different gravy to anything else. A proven premier league players value is astronomical especially more so if they are English. I have a feeling we may beat our record this window after our season or we may stretch our budget to pay arounf 10 to 25 million on more players to bolster the squad for a European campaign. Is contract duration such a deciding factor these days? Them up the road wasted about £55m on Wissa who only had a year left.

Very much the exception and not the rule
Jobe was probably the star of the show here last season but his head is barely above water in the dortmund squad
Clarke was a star with us and has score à lot of goals at Ipswich but his 2 goes at premier level show it’s too big à jump.
Dibling was destined for much bigger and better things but he is barely making the bench at Everton
