Almost pulled it off, genuinely thought they'd be fine. Did all the hard work only to fuck up against Newport and Crawley

Those responsible including players should be ashamed of themselves for what they have produced this season. Hopefully the last we see of many of them on & off the field. Onto next season....

Only have to look at Torquay, Yeovil and Scunthorpe. I remember Stockport not too long ago were also in the National League North. 30 years this weekend was my first Pools game and truth be told after that relegation a few years ago, never did I expect it to happen again, but due to incompetence and penny pinching... Here we are again. Only hope for next season is the manager, he's very well thought of and has the full backing of the fans. The owner is a major concern, he didn't attend today either.

I was surprised they made it back up last time given the strength of the top of the National League these days with clubs throwing their owners cash around. They (and the Heed) want to pray that Notts County win the play offs otherwise the automatic promotion place for next season will already be taken,

Surprised Away tickets still available........Although perhaps understandable given the lack of leadership and lack of passion and unity from the players which has led to an insipid surrender of EFL status and unfortunately like many, I can't see Pools coming back anytime soon, Sadly

The organisers cancelled it then some knacker on one of the facebook groups has claimed to be "owning it" now and said it's cowboys. Very little appetite for it and can't imagine many making the effort truth be told.
Only sold 450 tickets for the game, 450 still on sale.

Nick Loughlin absolutely hates the owner and he seems like a kid on Xmas day at the moment as the club have gone down. Not a peep from him when things were going canny. He's also bitter his mate Lee was sacked, who in all honesty wasn't very good either.
