Millwall have put us right in it with Evans.

Looks like we enquired about Harvey Cartwright but he is apparently being loaned to a Lge 2 club.

Our other options are not great either.
 
Shame about the result at the weekend, that probably kills off any play-off hope with 5th, 6th and 7th all having 4, 2 and 3 games in hand 👎

Initially I thought “typical Pools” build your hopes up only to dash them. In the long term it may turn out to be a blessing in disguise, a win on Saturday would have just papered over the cracks of what is a poor squad overall. Now, the new owner & his staff know what is needed, team wise, manager/coach etc. time will tell, PTID.

Seen Fulham recalled Benda today, so guessing he will go back to millwall to be the backup keeper.
 
Used to love reading Monkey Business but now I think it's gone online.

Im Just glad Pools eventually did a U-turn when they starting putting match programmes online. It just wasn't right. Nothing like buying a match programme, looking at it for two minutes during the game, then storing it away for 30+ years :D
 
Pools are signing Michael Adu-Poku on loan from Watford - been at Barrow for the first half of the season and done bugger all.

Sorry, re-reading my post I wasn’t clear AT all! I meant the interest in Adu-Poku, sounds like all the other similar players that we’ve signed who haven’t improved the team.
 
Best thing for him, at least he will get a game, NF would only have him on the bench, PTID.
Anyhoo, really looking forward to tomorrow. A bigger than normal crowd, (Im going in earlier than normal to make sure I get my usual spot) a better atmosphere, every Pools fan is excited for what the future brings under our new owner, he will get a great reception/welcome. I’m not expecting things to change straight away, just want to see progress on & off the field. Good luck Landon, welcome to a great club, PTID.
