That England win today was terrible to watch not entertaining at all.

To all those 20/20 bashes that was great entertainment and a truly skilled and awesome innings from Hales.

I deny anybody to say their did not enjoy that.

A good intelligent cricketer is a cricketer who can adapt their game to any situation, for example a batsman who can play a long test innings when required, but also adapt his game to score quick in 20/20 cricket.

It depends really. I know they're from a different era but Boycott and Gavaskar were good, intelligent cricketers but they'd have been lost in 20/20.

With regard to T20 versus tests, I always assumed it would be the 50 over game which lost out when T20 arrived, not tests.

Yeah true, but since the ECB bombed KP we don't have anyone who can do that.......

Sadly I think Test Cricket although it'll not be gone, in 20 years or so it will largely be an irrelevance.
To think that a 20 over slog will have taken over as the main form of the game.
