:lol: No shots on target in either game, what part of that do you not understand. I'm all for praising players who deserve it, tonight he doesn't deserve the lickings of a dog. No doubt this and other threads will get bumped if he scores a goal and the usual suspects can say what a brilliant player he is.

I think it’s a bit unfair to say his blocked shot against the USA wasn’t on target. I don’t know what counts as “on target” for the stats but if it hadn’t been blocked it would have gone in. That’s on target for me

He was absolutely shocking tonight and done nothing for the team. Walked about.
I love Kane proper centre forward but if he’s not playing well he should be taken off like anybody else. Love to see his stats he never broke into a sprint.

He did play like an end of career Rooney last night like, looked like he was towing a caravan around with him. When he's off form and dropping that deep it's infuriating to watch, it offers nothing to the side.

Personally I would have hooked the entire front 3 at about 60 mins in when it was clear they were offering nothing and having bad games.
 
I assumed this was just a pisstake OP but I open the thread and it’s seemingly an opinion shared by loads on here.

We’re such a weird nation, love to build them up to knock them down.
 
77 caps and 51 goals. Two behind Wayne Rooney on 53 and doing it in half the time and also with 42 more games to beat that record.
Harry Kane is also a fantastic passer and assists in many goals.
I'd say Harry Kane is far from overrated. In fact, I'd say he's weirdly underrated going by some people, which is mad.
The lad is quality and is actually human and not a robot that's expected to be at his prime in every game.

I don't think there's a club anywhere in professional football that would turn him down and that includes international teams.

Couple of minutes to go and Henderson puts a sprint in and tries to put pressure on the USA goalkeeper.

Meanwhile Harry Kane is having a power nap on the half way line
