honestly he looks the real deal to me, his touch and finishing at times were sublime, he's got the natural physique and the commitment as well

if bale can go on and play for real madrid this lad could do the same imo
 
He's shown he's got the talent and application to be more than a one season wonder imo. £40 mil sounds daft but Man U have that sort of spending power and at only 22, they're going to get a fair few seasons out of him. And they've only got Rooney and Wilson at the minute so he's a good fit at a perfect age. Could see it happening.

His first league start wasn't until November mind, he'll be a good signing for Man Utd and if a few years ago Carroll was worth £35m this lad is worth 40.

Leeds tried but we turned it down and they were the money side of the time. In hindsight, we prob should have took the bid as he wasn't as prolific soon after that.
