Harry Gardiner in from South Shields

Jordan will be regretting it because things are different now at the academy, but when he was at the club the whole set up was an absolute shambles, he done the right thing at the time. The Dutch lad didn’t want to play full time as he was at Durham Uni and to be honest shields was being ran better than our academy at the time.
f***ing ryhope cw will have been ran better than us .

Your right they where sniffing about.

I know Harry and the family personally. His Granda,Dad and all the family are Sunderland through and through and it’s been this kids dream to get his chance at Sunderland since he was a toddler.I remember his dad telling me when Harry was born that he hopes his boy one day plays for Sunderland’ in the Premier League.

I can guarantee this lad will put 100% in over the coming years to hopefully make it at SAFC.
How come he want at Sunderland already Marra, was he overlooked by our academy when he was a kid or was he a late developer and played schools football instead?

'kids dream to get his chance at Sunderland'.....I am absolutely loving that statement....I hope he fulfills his dreams and how refreshing to hear the club is clearly in his blood and there is only one club for him.....

He was looked at by Sunderland and others as he’s always been a goal machine winning county cups /leagues etc but he was only small physically and this day and age that’s the be all and end all.
He’s developing physically rather quick over the last couple of year and continued with the goals hence clubs coming to watch him more often.

fingers crossed for him and the rest of us he makes the grade at whatever level sunderland are at for his and our sake.Harry lives breaths and eats football /SAFC and from what I know of him will dedicate his life to this opportunity. It’ll not be for the want of trying.

There genuinely is. We have an abundance of teams and coaches all training kids the right way, academies, and 2 big club's with great facilities right here - it's bonkers that we don't have loads coming through.

If it were me in charge of football development at SAFC, I'd be getting my hooks into club's rather than individual young players and keep a watch via them - the clubs are working really hard to get these players up to a good standard and love it when players make the grade at either SAFC or the Mags.
What happened to Wallsend Boys’ Club? Do NUFC hoover the best local players into their academy at an early age?

I'd be having fuck loads of young lads signed to the club

for a few more mill you could have so many teams etc,
