I had forgotten about it until I saw that article on public liability for clowns and thought "f***ing hell !"

And, no, I am not looking for public liability insurance, or becoming a clown for a living. It was just one of those links you get on a page that piqued my interest.

it's seriously not, mine was in spam but horrific stuff

One of the lads at work used to do part time clowning. He had a gig at Harry Ramsdens at the Metro Centre every Sunday and used to drive through in full clown regalia in his Morris Minor. He had to stop when his kids were getting ribbed at school about their da. He used to ride around the Ambulance compound on a unicycle while juggling.
