I can't think of a more boring way to spend an evening. A few years ago I did go to an Evening With Dickie Bird and he was quite interesting and amusing

Goffy does a load of these, then they get cancelled, not sure why

No it was at Selby Cricket Club. I think it was a benefit match for Chris Old.

He was also selling posters of himself but charging extra for them if people wanted it signed and came across as general arsehole.
