Gordon muchall is f***ing laughable. We have some clean big strikers of the ball (benks, breese, plunkett) and we send this gonk in with 9 overs left. THREE runs off THIRTEEN BALLS!!!!!!!!!! He is utter garbage, in the mean time kyle coetzer is plundering runs for the jocks (he must have badly pissed someone at dccc off this last 2 years like.....)

The pitch isnt coming on at all and it just highlights how good and what class batsman that Colly and MDV are.

200 will easily be a winning score on this wicket

Oh and Dexter - 3 in 12 balls is a good effort by Muchall. He has realised we have lost 4 quick wickets, the pitch isnt great and he is playing the anchor role and letting the likes of Breese and Liam take the risks
 
No point in playing the anchor role if you're not scoring any runs.

Just puts more pressure on those coming in when you've got someone at the other end with a strike rate of 30.

when you have lost a clatter of wickets, occupying the crease why you get the pace of the wicket is very sensible
 
I kind of agree, but with only 5 overs left and still 5 wickets in hand I'd suggest at the very least he should be rotating the strike and looking at a run a ball.

Indeed, he will probably do the same in the T-20 getting a solid 12 from 24 :lol:
