There's a poster on the Coventry message board called Greggs who's apparently been dropping these rumours taking the piss, he's done it for the other players we've been linked to. Sounds like a load of shite. We haven't half gotten under their skin.
Yes , he’s deffo baking it all up

Why would he leave? He’s in a far better, stronger position where he is. Coventry are going nowhere. They are never going down in a million years. They are a club rock solid in the EFL Championship scene. They have the assurance their structure behind the scenes at the Ricoh Arena is too established and too familiar at this level.

Ours is still League One. They have been for about a year or two. They are used to planning for promotion out of League One - not staying up in the Championship. They are used to buying players capable of beating the likes of Plymouth and Oxford - not Blackburn Rovers or Stoke City. They are completely new to this league. They have little to no experience of the bigger more quality packed EFL Championship.

Coventry are a bigger and better club because they know the ways of this league inside and out. They play like a Championship team.

He’s better off staying where he is. It makes no sense whatsoever taking a backward step.

It’s too early for this shite

Zero chance.

Exactly. Someone needs to tell the poster that if he wants to spread ridiculous bullshit on social media, to at least make it plausible. Make it believable. I never believed it from the start. Come on. Us, sign a player from a Championship club good enough to keep us up in the Championship?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
