Fulwell has sea on one side (nice clean air coming in off it), cemetery and countryside to the north, nature reserve to the west. South is Roker but three out four ain't bad. Recycling also highest rates in the city.
High Barnes - a great secret garden
A lot of that is in fields on the outskirts. Doxy is all along the roads and within the estates.
They could home a nation of Ewoks in Doxy there’s that many trees.
What’s score with that. Family moved almost opposite me (back garden side) never open the curtains upstairs or down and French doors. £250k house, garden ok so assume they’re not scruffs.
Herra has such a diverse landscape, the only geographical feature its missing is fjords.

My Mam is on this next door neighbour app someone in Penshaw was saying she doesn’t open her curtains and has been accused of growing weed and benefit fraud. Said reason she doesn’t open them is due to all of the expensive items she has inside gaming computers etc…
