It'll be interesting to see how he gets on, I watched him a few times for City last season and I thought he was poor, perhaps some of that was him being restricted by how they wanted to play.
 
Could have been moulded into a KdB replacement but Pep only ever played him left wing. Was it only about a year ago that Carsley picked him at 10 for England and he ran the show. He's a playmaker needs to be the focal point of the team.
Crazy that Villa and more weren't in for him. Obviously he's a bit of a maverick but he could transform Everton if Moyes gets him right.

A big gamble for them IMO, albeit one with a massive potential upside if it comes off. Seems to be a bit too fond of a drink by the standards of your modern-day athlete and wouldn't be hugely surprised if his off-pitch lifestyle has played a big part in his apparent decline over the last couple of years.

Good signing for Everton AND a good move for Grealish.
Guardiola has completely stunted his forward momentum.
I fully expect him to flourish with the shackles being removed. Give him a couple of games and he will be playing like he did for Villa.
