It's not man. He has played for the biggest teams. Has coaching experience and done well with Sweden U21's. He's not the usual managerial merry go round candidate. Look at Wagner etc. We need to think different.

As for coaching experience, he holds a FIFA Pro Licence and has previously worked in his homeland as assistant manager of Helsingborg, and as a mentor to Sweden’s U21 side, before working as an agent in Portugal.
 
What an absolute whopper the OP is championing Schwarz who has done absolutely nothing in management over a bloke who's proved himself at the level we are.
