It's clear the vision of staying longer term leading to some kinda coaching and/or other influential role was sold to him. He came for the project and initially his missus said she didn't want to join. No way would he uproot his family again at this stage in his career when things are going so well and probably even above his pre season expectations

He appears to be in fantastic shape for his age. Barring any injuries, how long can he play at this level? Considering pace has never been part of his game.
