In off the long run here as Bob would say.
Here is how egotistical he is; He has tshirts made up with his own face / emblem on, for him to wear when out and about!!

Has a massively high opinion of himself, can be really rude on twitter to people who reply to his tweets, to the point it’s actually cringeworthy how terse he can be. I’ve seen him be brutally harsh to people for spelling his name incorrectly or because he’s got the wrong end of a gif they have posted for example. God forbid if anyone DARES to disagree with anything he has tweeted. Even if they are polite and constructive, he will flame them (Often quoting their tweet to try to get his flock of followers to wade in) & block them.

I don’t know him personally but comes across as a really horrid bloke.

It was class to see him brought down a peg or two last year after his Root / Homophobia comments (on the back of him being a wanker about Geoff Boycott a few months prior also).

Aye and in light of the recent social media bullying outcry, linked to mental health - which he always tells everyone he has - you’d think he’d wind his f***ing neck in a little bit.

He always encourages people to talk, just if you try to talk and he doesn’t like what is being said, he will throw a strop.

I have no agenda or axe to grind at all. I follow hundreds of cricketers, footballers, sportsmen & celebs on twitter and he comes across as bad as just about anyone. Nearly as bad as that Mike Parry geezer...

Let’s give him a chance to deliver at Durham. They will see and hear the man up close and decide if he is genuine or not.

twitter personnas can be misleading and contrived.

Can't even remember why, but he'd gone completely off on one and I told him he was out of order. Seems like a complete and utter wanker.

The other person that has me blocked is Simon Bird, all I said to him was that Joe Kinnear was right about him!

Met and spoke to Fowler (in person - not through a computer/phone screen) a few times and find him a very decent and insightful bloke. Speak as you find I guess but I think he will be an asset to the club.

Absolute narcissist and not that nice of a bloke. There are a few people on here who have had face to face experiences with him (& his daughter iirc) who confirm the same.

They'll know him already. Beefy knows him well and he did stuff last year I think.

As someone who is supposedly a mental health ambassador he doesn't seem to manage his own issues particularly well. I think I'd rather employ someone who has developed coping strategies than loses his shit on Twitter before pointing out he's got depression.
