I only come on Tartan when people start telling me he is a quality keeper. He is dodgy on crosses. Always has been always will be. At fault for their second goal - but undoubtedly that will be forgotten about. He played well from what I saw but he WAS at fault for their second - once again, staying rooted to his line when he had enough time to challenge for the ball. There were no players bloacking him...he had a clear run to the edge of the six yard box, and he chose to stay still. It was the wrong choice. Get rid.

It's all immaterial anyway because luckily the lanky string of piss won't be a Sunderland player next season...

Gerrin...:):):):)

So you clearly haven't seen Monty play...:)

When was the last time you have been to the Sol?? Or do you rely on your Dutch Mate to tell you..;)

Pepe Reina,Petr Čech and Tim Howard..

f***ing hell man :lol::lol: commanding

The winger gets all the time and space to cross a (great) ball, and the defender loses his man and then basically falls over, and yet your immediate reaction is to blame the keeper.

He had a decent game and it was refreshing to see him actually distribute the ball out wide quickly which is something Mignolet never does. He is easily our best goalkeeper so I hope we can keep him.

Don't need to try especially to mug who lives in the Tenements drinking "Tennents" dreaming of seeing a Sunderland game at the Sol...

See ya...:)

f***ing hell, you're criticising the fans now :lol: Keep wetting yourself over paper talk marra

Spot on...;)

what do you expect goalkeepers to do on corners really? there isn't much they can do when it's outside the 6 yard box. He isn't exactly going to do a monk off mean machine is he?

Come on then explain why his positioning for the second goal was poor or how he was to claim that cross, from a goalkeepers point of view since you know so much.
