Goodbye Michael Jones

Goodbye Michael Jones
May you ever grow in our hearts
You were the grace that placed itself
Where lives were torn apart
You called out to our county
And you whispered to those in pain
Now you belong to Lancashire
And the stars spell out your name

Whats the reason behind this?
His game has regressed after a promising season in 2022.
We've just signed Gay and Rhodes so he has fallen further down the pecking order.
He is from Ormskirk so it's close to home.

Probably a good move for him. He’s a great lad and is brilliant when he’s on his game, but he lacks consistency

Looked like he was really kicking on in 2022.

Would rather we persist with he rather than bring in the likes of Ackermann tbh, but I can see why this works for both parties.
