Think this will benefit us more, would have mandava getting forward, tell nordi to stop back more as his positional sense is awful. Be better staying back in a back 3 when we attack. Xhaka needs more legs around him him and sadiki to sit. Get enzo close to Brobbey as this is non existent with Habib absolutely headless chicken and composure as much as an elephant in quick sand. Play talbi and angulo for width.

Defensively awful might make us tougher to beat.

We need to freshen it up. I liked the look of Isidor and Brobbey as a pair, would go 352 personally. Or if we’re insisting on a back 4 try Ancelotti’s 4321 that peps used a lot this season with Rigg and Le Fee as the 2 10s.
 
Rigg could not play as 10 we tried that loads last season in a worse division and it never worked once.

He's had some good moments Rigg but still short at the moment.

Rigg is twice the player of last season, hes went from struggling in the champ to looking at home in the prem...but I agree, him in the 10 might be a bit too much ATM
 
Reinildo doesn't offer much going forward - but is usually excellent at 1-on-1 defending - whereas Mukiele is arguably our best crosser and his pace in attack stretches defences.

Not sure there is much of a difference between how we play and what is suggested? I don't think Le Fee is a 'sit close to Brobbey' type player - he can take players on and he can pass and create but he isn't really someone who is going to make runs into the box, he likes to get on the ball from deep.

Yeah we started the season more of a 4-3-3 but I agree now it’s more 4-2-3-1 with Diarra playing almost like a 10.

Beginning of the season was more like:

Hume—Mukiele —Alderete—Reinaldo

——-——————-Xhaka
——-—-Diara——————-Sadiki

Talbi———————————————Adingra
—————————Isidor
 
Would not play Rigg if we have a winger fit against Wolves amd while we have chance of Euope not in the other 3 either. Give him more game time if Europe dream is gone.
 
I thought we started the season more of a 4231 and now looks more of a 433. I say that just down to Sadikis positioning, him and Diarra seem to both push forward from Xhaka now, whereas earlier in the season it felt like Sadiki sat with Xhaka. I'd rather see us in the 4231 as we looked far more solid. Enzo CAM, Talbi left, Rigg right

Thats what I was thinking. Without the ball we've often been 442, though recently not been compact at all.
