He should have been manager when Ross got it or the time before with Grayson/Coleman IMO. May be too late now.
Not that I think he could progress and progress to PL level, just that he'll be respected, he's been positive each time he's taken over despite the shit he's inherited (someone will mentioned the mags result) and he had a good idea of things going on at the club, the young lads etc and he has the passion and shares the passion of the club and at this level that could be massive and enough with everyone focused going in the right direction.
Times probably passed now.
