How can Moyes not see that is absolute suicide?

Midfield where the most running is needed and we have 3 players who cant run. There is only a place for one of these players at one time.

Agree completely, Gibson will get stronger with more game time, but it might take 5-10 games..........
All other prem midfields will dominate us even with 2 of the above in the side

I like Gibson so far, his fitness is main problem but it will get overcome. Its sticking Larsson who cant f***ing run which doesnt help him ease into things which is the problem

Its a fair point...not the most balanced of midfields particularly with lightweight Janazai in front of them.

In 5 seasons at Everton he played 38 league games. He's not gonna last 5 - 10 games for us.

Feel sorry for Seb and Pienaar. Their footballing instincts are canny enough but they simply can't make their legs do what their mind suggests anymore. You'd think Moyes would see it and put them out of their misery like an old loved pet.
Gibson, NDong and Gooch could be a better bet or even better when Catts and Kirchoff return

But Moyes has no choice, not his fault, Short out. If Borini, Khazri and Honeyman were available he could have played them. Two may have attitude problems but at least you can hope you might get something, rather than knowing you will get nothing but slow lumbering from the three he did play. But Moyes can't be wrong and the younger players were not available. Not his fault.

To be fair, what is our best midfield combination with the injury list?

No options hence why we are terrible

We might see Gooch when he's back up to speed. We may not mind given Moyes' reluctance to play him centrally. Beyond that what else can he do, we're pretty much stuck until Cattermole returns.
