Just yesterday mate. Lost to Hunwick by 7 wickets. Missing five players through injury and holidays, couldnt have been timed any worse really as Hunwick are a decent side. We lost the toss, were put in and batted poorly. Never really had a sniff of winning after that

Ah ok. Assumed you had a double too. Hunwwick looked like a solid batting side today.

They are. Got decent depth and their opener and skipper is a good player. Bowling wise they just seem to put it there or thereabouts on a line and length. Pitch had a bit of juice in it early doors and that certainly played a part. First time we've put out for less than 160 since our opening game. Big blow for us losing like and Id say that it makes us a bit of an underdog for the title now but still plenty of time.

Did you play today mate?

Tommy hit a few to get the scores level then Ben got out

In comes Ledge with loads of advice from the lads tries to smash the next two out the ground misses, finally hits the third ball for the winning runs

After the game Dan says " what was going through your head Ledge out there"

Couple of more days like this and the weather may play a part at the weekend.

Hopefully the league goes right to the wire. Think we have Littletown, Hunwick and Burnhope all to play at home and they will be make or break games for us. We cant really afford to lose more than one game now.

A lot of 6 pointers then (or is that 40 pointers, not sure). Think its between 5 but doubt Beamish will get close as I think top 4 have all beaten them already. Between littletown, houghton and burnhope for me
 
We need to have our strongest team every week difficult with holidays work and family commitments ( am sure it's the same for most teams )
Get our key players on the pitch and we will have a great chance
