That's probably fair, I don't think he'd have made that much difference. I do think we've downgraded though, same with most we've allowed to leave in the last 18 months or so.

The lad failed to progress when dropping down last season and despite giving plenty of opportunities in different positions, still couldnt make one his own.

Seemed like a canny fella but I can't say we've missed his footballing ability.

You might have a point mind, would explain a lot of the inconsistencies and how he has the time to post SO many essay long messages. In 18 months he’s nearly posted as much as us across 20 years. And I post a lot.
