George Dobell - Time For Answers

Yeah listened to the whole podcast as regularly listen to it ,Bostock spoke a hell of a lot sense, first time I have heard him talk for any length of time and seemed very mature and level headed.

Basically said what we all know in that the punishment Durham got did not fit the crime and furthermore he suspects the ECB now know that and behind closed doors have accepted and understand that now.

He goes on the say under his leadership the ECB have been brilliant and helpful to Durham but suspects that could be a little bit down to guilt for their clear harsh punishment.

He also says the Yorkshire situation entirely a different thing and can’t be compared.

Like I say he came across excellent talked so much sense very very impressed by him tbh.

ECB didn't do us any favours by allowing Surrey to cancel their CC commitment at Durham but I suspect that was solely down to Harrison. Likewise the sanctions were solely the work of Graves who shouldn't have been involved at all given his financial interest in the situation. Harrison " is expected to leave once the new chairman is appointed " according to the Times. Wonder if Bostock fancies succeeding him?

He’s doing alright where he is, thanks!
