For a top half club that is glove box change

Perhaps Slots position at Liverpool has changed, so that particular door is no longer open to him. Added to that, he has now been started by us, together both sides might see that the move fits?

I still struggle to believe we have players like him, Mukiele, Sadiki and Xhaka on the books. I marvel at the way they're willing to take the ball in tight situations and still find a team mate.

It's a bit of an upgrade on watching Shaun Cunningham and Steve Doyle strutting their stuff in defeats at Grimsby and Tranmere.

WIth the genuine need for a bigger squad now its a no brainer to sign him surely. Without europe we probs couldnt offer him enough game time and had to let it slide

Cunnington was my second worst player of all time - after Hetzke.
 
Anyone else see the bit in the second half where him and RLB were seemingly having words? He seemed to be having a proper go at the gaffer.

Thought he was class today and it says so much about the season we’ve had that he hasn’t made himself a regular. He’s quality.
 
Struggle to sign a better utility playwr than this bloke for that money....can literally get a motm performance in 4 different positions.
