Geertruida

It’s easy to say the club should have made it a permanent signing on 1st January but what if he didn’t want to sign permanently?
Agreed, why would he have wanted to sign permanently when he’s barely getting a game?
Shame about the timing with Xhakas injury like, Hume or Mukiele bound to get injured now too 🤣.

Probably only get out loan fee back. Its not a huge win like especially when we will replace with an inferior player.
Depends on details we’ll probably never know I guess but it says compensation package. That would suggest a number on top of whatever remains of the initial loan fee.

We’ll definitely struggle to find a player who can do all that LG does - particularly in the next 24 hours, but I’m fairly certain we can find a better centre half or a better midfielder. The question is, which one is more important for the remainder of the season. Get that done successfully and we can go again in the summer.

The options to buy clauses are for the the loaning/buying club to secure their investment with respect to the loan fee ..they are always dependent on the players agreement at any stage ..so if the safc triggered the buy clause it would always require the players agreement.

I was of the understanding that if a clause was set, personal terms would need to be agreed prior and it would be a formality exercising that clause, like Pierre.

It all seems a bit underhand and unprofessional this from Liverpool and the Germans.
Doesn't look that way to me. Looks like its all been discussed for a while. Either rlb doesn't fancy him or gerty not happy here and a great opportunity his way. Still reckon we will have 2 more in by close of business tomorrow

That’s when there’s a mandatory clause, ie ELF and our promotion.

When it’s an option, it just means the transfer fee is agreed in advance.

A bit, Jurgen Klopp of the Red Bull cinematic universe brokering deals between his former club and his employers with the players current team being the ‘obstacle’ to the deal happening.
Wants them turkey teeth knocking out if he has
