What exactly do you disagree with or feel is made up?

I said during the West Ham game there must be something going on in the background with Geertruida if he can't get a start in CM with the line up we put out that day, and he also didn't come off the bench when we were crying out for him.

7 days later and a story breaks that he has had an agreement with Liverpool days ago and is on the verge of having his loan cancelled here to join them on loan.

I'd say it's a pretty spot on assessment to be honest.

I think they'll just remove Ramsay from their registered players. A previous poster mentioned signing Endo. That would be a nice compensation.

Can’t disagree and would be a strange one from our recruitment team that’s got a very good success rate this season. We’d be very short as much as I’m glad Neil has found himself a club he shouldn’t have been allowed to leave if we knew this was on the cards. That all points to us having something on the verge. It would be crackers to let him leave and not replace him he’s such a versatile player for us.
 
Gertys unhappiness with his game time in a WC season was known a couple of months ago. I myself was slagged on here for mentioning it by a knaar nowt. Now if I knew about it then the big bods at the club knew about it. There’s seemingly been no attempt since to up his minutes apart from during AFCON. Which tells me the club aren’t over enamoured with getting him in full time.

Obviously sitting on the bench at Liverpool will be better for his WC ambitions than sitting on the bench at Sunderland. Though Liverpool seem to be in obvious need of a bit of steel in CM imho. A move to Liverpool will be another feather in our hat next time we go to loan a forrin kid in anarl.

I’d prefer to sign him full time though.
 
If Geertruida had an agreement in place for £18m and he's away I'd throw that money at Monaco for Jordan Teze. Plays with him in the national side and can cover right back, defensive midfield and centre back.

Almost a Gerty clone.

Frimpong is injured so he'd go straight in at RB.

Liverpool have Ryan Gravenberch, Mac Alister, Szobozslai (sp) and Jones. They're pretty strong in CM. RB/ch not so much

Basically what we played against Palace but with Diarra instead of Xhaka. Also the shape we should have played last weekend if Geerty had been picked. Not at all ideal but a bed Reg has made for himself to an extent.

Hume should not be starting premier league games as a midfielder.
