Geertruida

Can we not do something similar to what villa and besiktas did with tammy abraham. Were we sign him on a permanent then sell him to Liverpool in this window

If we’ve paid a loan fee for the year he is effectively our player for a year, I’d like to think we’d be compensated some how. If they pay say £20m for him on 4 year deal then he’s worth £5m per season. We should be due some of that really.
Thats right China ...all the tea 😑

You're avoiding my question. If you think a player would be happy to continue to be a squad player at Sunderland rather than starting for Liverpool (where there's a large Dutch contingent and a manager you've captained for before) then you're either deluded or your Sunderland bias is kicking in.
I don't know what the lad thinks and neither do you

What a shame, really like the look of this lad and was staggered he didn't start last week. Such is the modern game I suppose and at least it's Liverpool taking our players and not Wigan, we must be doing summat right
That last sentence is bang on the money. What a long way Sunderland have come in recent years.

Maybe but it’s a bit of a needs must situation. And it’s closer to what we’ve played the last few months so there’s consistency.
That's with Xhaka sitting and talking him through games, last week alarm bells were absolutely massive
He didn't just struggle he was abysmal and looked completely lost.

Summit rang not reet with this episode. He's a canny player is gerty and judging by last week's mish mash playing Hume in there while he was available doesn't sit right.

The Suicide Squad (sequel).
Sadiki not going to work in the middle
Diarra is probably not going to be able to last if he does out on his feet by the end
Adingra is well Adingra
Mundle has done OK but still has a lot of learning to do
Talbi the same but is more forward and a better player atm.

It’s a bit of a reality check really people have got carried away by our league position imho. Not bad for a newly promoted team but shows how much investment is still needed.
Good job we should be getting £100m+ from the premier league in a few months.
