The Dutchman would have liked to move to Anfield, but will now finish the season in the northeast of England. Sunderland rejected the transfer and still have an option to buy him (~€23 million € ).

Liverpool wont go for him in summer. It’s only because of injuries. Slot may not even be in charge then. I still say there’s a chance he leaves tomorrow though if the cards fall into place.
