This a professional sport, if players arent pulling their weight, performing or making silly mistakes, they should be called out for it. Im sick of these manager interviews where they say the same old stuff, this is professional sport and players are being paid tens of thousands a week, it should be cut throat.

Not a masterstroke in a million years mate. As much as we all hate these pampered players and think they need their arses kicked, its not how they expect to be treated and it simply will not work at this level.

I don't think we know this or not, that was our point I guess. However we absolutely knew how the last guy got on by just letting the players run riot. Its not got that bad yet so I'd let him get on with it. Hell live or die by the 11 he puts out on the field and I don't think he been given good enough.

He chose to turn down £4 mil for Ji and played him today.

He chose to let Alfie go, to then play Seb, Vorn and Gardner.

He chose to leave out Cabral after playing well in pre season and against Fulham? This kids played champions league football, but not ready to play against Palace. WTF
