Away from the pitch he's done a good job on the hospitality and concerts but for the most part he's failed massively in operating costs and in comings with match day revenues.

They have been an absolute shambles for about 5 or 6 years now.

Good luck to him! He's done a great job building up the profile of the club and also bringing millions of pounds to the economy of the area and especially Sunderland. Well done to the lad, anyone who doesn't think he's done a good job for the club and the area is just bitter and twisted and envious......IMHO.
 
the concerts were to have showed a profit, but they over the last 3 years have lost £390,000 and it was dumped into the club accounts as security losses signed off by who???
who are shareholders in one of the promotion companies who signed off the internal and external catering at the gigs who signed off the security contracts??? not just hair

He has. His commercial side is running at a big profit. His personality hasn't helped and the fact that Bain wants to give Moyes a home game friendly or 2. Hutchinson's justification for concerts didn't impress Bain. The latter is very ruthless. I know I have been getting pelters of late , however, his is exactly how it happened.
