Got a Gtech strimmer recently. Lightweight to use, battery life seems excellent.

I much prefer it to the Bosch it replaced but I use it mainly for edging. Not sure how it would cope with long grass

Had one years ago. Fine for edging and the like but long grass kills the battery pretty quickly. If you can get what you need done in 15-20 minutes you'll be fine though.

I got that one a couple of years ago. Used it to replace a petrol one. No regrets, works well. cost a fortune though, cos I then went out and got the battery mower as well. recommended.
