Zx spectrum 48k was our console.
Booty and Daley thompsons super test are 2 classics I instantly remember. Also speedball - ice cream ice cream. Class.

And a good thirty minutes loading a game listening to it howl like a pig having its bollocks sawn off, only for it to tell you there was some sort of error and everything going tits up.
 
First game console I ever had was a Phillips Videopac, can remember having a cowboy game, something similar to asteroids and a couple of others...

Then traded up to a Commodore 16, playing the likes of Punchy etc

Then eventually joining the big leagues, getting the mighty Spectrum 48+ :cool:, endless fun with Horace Goes Skiing, Subsunk, Outrun, Daly Thompsons Decathlon, Steve Davis Snooker, Gunship, Manic Miner, Jet Set Willy and Star Wars
 
Target renegade on specify was class.

Also there's a new spectrum handheld coming out £100 and has 1,000 games preloaded.

Same as this but I had the Amstrad cpc464 and double
