Interested to hear people's thoughts on the future of the NTSCL. Bearing in mind that we have the new pyramid system does the NTSCL now appear to be out on a limb NE cricket wise?

Sacriston has also just left the junior leagues which opens up a canny gap as they always had some of the best junior teams around.

Thoughts on where the NTSCL might go from here at both junior and senior levels? Just stay as they are? Do something? What?

There always seems to be movement in other leagues but no one seems to join the NTSCL at any level unless I'm missing something here.

I think they have shot themselves in the foot staying clear of the pyramid. Geographically they would have been perfect to sit on the same level as the Durham League meaning the full region would be covered to feed into the Premier League.

Too many in their set up don't seem to have a forward thinking bone in their body.

What about Alnmouth and Lesbury last season, and promoted to A1, and Bedlington have joined for the coming season
