I would hate to think any potential manager decided to have a look at the clubs main fans forum. No matter how good someone might be there are always the neg ferrets.

Jesus wept. He's been shite everywhere, but still apparently better than our other options.

He hasn’t been shite mind. Did well at Derby narrowly missing promotion. If you look at what happened to Derby after he left, they massively fell off which eventually led to League 1. In hindsight I reckon he should have stuck with them rather than go to Chelsea, but he actually did decent there in his first stint getting them Champions League and was sacked over transfer disagreements. Lampard actually identified players now who are class in the PL. Everton he kept up, but you could argue it was the minimum expectation- but they haven’t exactly excelled since he left. Last stint at Chelsea was obviously shite, I’ll give you that.

He’d be an interesting one imo, he’ll have a point to prove.
