I’m in the same boat. If you’d have asked me when we seemed to be in a good position for Still or Jansen I’d have wanted Lampard nowhere near us. I now feel as though we’re reaching a point where I’d take him. After all, who else is out there?
 
Whether he’d be a good appointment or not remains to be seen. No matter who comes in player recruitment is going to be the bigger issue.

I think though that they have to appoint a “name” now, as it’s the only thing that can potentially distract from the shitshow of the last month.
