There was a bit of an issue with the team he picked in the Playoff final, a lot of the fanbase was pissed because we set out so defensively without a recognised striker against a villa side who TBH were a much better team than us all season. Jury's out on that decision but most were looking forward to the next season, there was a feeling that something was building but then Chelsea came in. He should really have stayed with us for another season or two but like he said he couldn't turn down Chelsea!

He threw himself into the local culture, seen out and about talking you people and is a genuinely nice bloke. I think if you get him given enough time he'll do a brilliant job, he's great at rousing the fans (see the Leeds playoff semi).

It'll be interesting to see how he's matured as a manager after the spells at Chelsea & Everton, he was a bit gung-ho and naïve with us but as I said it made for exciting football untill the final when some would say he lost his bottle.
I think he'd be a great fit at your place, look forward to the fist pumps in front of the away end, the bloke lives his football.

I was right about the still stuff shown in the media. I said we’d interviewed Jansen after @Theodore Lasso said someone had said they had so I got it checked out. I said earlier that it’s not Lampard and look now reported in the media. There’s other stuff too which I’ve posted on here or in DMs I’ve got right aswell. People like you and others who’ve been here a long time make it boring for no reason by convincing yourselves I’m someone I’m not because I ask for info and post like someone else did. Crazy how people have similar personalities

Except it was to tell you Maric was 100% staying at Bayern and that the interest in Stephen Robinson was genuine. Nothing about challinor. We did interview Robinson and dropped it as fast as we picked it up…

Oh also look what maric is doing. If you’re going to say stuff at least make it right

What is going on… are their any free managers left that we haven’t been linked with and declared that are joining only for the media to then claim within 24hrs that they aren’t.
