FPP closing in on deal

it was about the running of transfer market not about the overall running of the club..transfers budget has two elements..fee and wages..people on here decided he meant just fees..
but even then on fees we did outspend everyone in this division since they got here..
and wage bill still highest in this league./..
It’s also the fact we have been at the limit the league 1 version of FFP with wages vs revenue so they can’t spend more on transfer fees anyway as those type of players command more wages.

Maybe some people are inclined to put whatever spin they want on what is said regardless. He gets hammered by some no matter what so no great surprise if he's decided to just do the official route now.
Theres a good reason why hes been the subject for criticism. There are many worrying signs emerging from the club.

I keep hearing about us having the biggest budget (cost in our league) as mentioned by the owners like it’s there money and some sort of achievement, i think most teams who have been in the premiership for 10 years and drop two divisions would also be able to say the same, the thing is the budget isn’t that high by choice and certainly won’t be growing (understandably) it will be dropping and I’d guess rapidly considering it’s our second season in this league. (But that’s why clubs who get relegated have parachute payments giving to them to lower the risk of going in to administration). Shame our parachute payments weren’t used like this.

They can in league one you can spend as much as you want by adding capital instead of loans which means owners can't ever get their money back, the reason that's still a bad idea is that in the championship you aren't allowed to do that, this means if we spend 2.5 million over 4 years on a player, that cost would transfer into the championship if we got promoted, meaning we could get a points deductions or get a transfer embargo without spending a penny once we are promoted, what this means is if we do spend on any player we have to believe they will be a first team player when we are promoted or we could end up with a shit championship team and relegated again.
Does @Ernie have an opinion on the takeover/investment. He's been very quiet since well....you know
Who's that like?

The recruitment, performance of the academy is for all to see. The comments coming from nick barnes aren't to be ignored. The purchase of club and funds used are pretty clear.

There are many issues that arouse suspicion. Its healthy to question. It's not healthy just to blindly accept what you're being told.
What would you like to happen? Money shift from the first team to the academy?

This has gone a lot further than healthy questions, it's an inquest into something we don't know is or has happened.
