There are no doubt lots of forums like this, but wondered if anybody could recommend one in particular to save me trawling through them. I'd like to be able to swap ideas and experiences.

My partner and adult children listen of course, but I don't have any siblings to discuss things with so it'd be good to share thoughts with others going through the same thing.

South Tyneside one contacted me a couple of times and supplied a list of lunch clubs and activities centres. Not used any of them yet but hopefully persuade my wife to go over the winter when outdoor options to keep her entertained diminish.
