there was a bloke and lass, the bloke had an obsession with shouting and having his hands up. They were with the group of 4, one of which larger blonde, basically knew 3 songs, was pissed and spilling pints everywhere and dancing completely out of time and nie on shouting to her mates. Nearly went over 4 times and went into people least 3

Saw Fantastic Negrito at Pilgrim (formerly Hoochie Coochie) in August, and he stopped a song dead and ordered a group of people chatting through a quiet song to leave, and that they could have their money back. Words to the effect of "this is not the right place for you, you don't belong here."

Yeah, still a really good gig, they have great on stage chemistry as a band. Nice balance between the new album stuff and the 90s stuff. That segue from a Taylor Swift cover into A Long December was class!

Fantastic Negrito at Pilgrim is up there as one of the best gigs I`ve ever been to. He was absolutely outstanding and his band were fantastic. he dealt with the noisy rabble brilliantly.

People chuntering on loudly is becoming a massive problem. The last couple of gigs I`ve had people with their backs to the stage shouting at each other and laughing loudly right through the show. You just know though if you ask them to shut up and watch or go outside and talk you`ll get a load of abuse. Why spend so much on tickets only to miss most of it and spoil it for everyone else.
 
Really enjoyed The Commitments - Robert Arkins and Dave Finnegan (jimmy rabbitte and Micah Wallace) - short q&a, showed the film and then their live band who did all the classics from the film, sounded decent to be fair.

Down London for the match today then Rianne Downey tomorrow. She’s done well with a top 20 album this week.

@mickb2112 also noticed this as well. I know i like a sing a long when I am there but that's ok. Interesting that this "talking" sometimes creeps into theatre as well which at times is even more noticeable (trying not to be a theatre snob as we need to promote all live events)

I’ve seen em a couple of times supporting the stranglers and I’m not a fan. Diggle and his pointing 🙄
Preferred the Skids in the summer.
 
The Real People in Preston on Saturday night. I don’t know much about them but they are sometimes described as the forerunners of Brit Pop. I didn’t have much arranged when the tickets went on sale so I bought one to support a local gig after a brief listen.
